Class Schedule
Drama Fun
A fun introduction to Drama and Performance for 3 to 4 year olds. The class introduces children children to basic drama skills and games, helping to improve a child’s self confidence and ability to work with others.
Infant Drama
A fun class that introduces children to playing a role and working with others in groups. Suitable for ages 4 to 7.
Improvisation
Develop your acting skills further by learning to be a hundred different characters in a hundred different ways. An excellent class for actors aged 10 – 16 who would like to improve audition technique and performance repertoire and explore their imaginations.
T. V. Presentation
An introduction to the world of Television and Film Acting, recent class projects have included making a CBBC style Teenage drama , devising/starring in a comedy sketch show and creating the perfect commercial!
Performance Drama
An entry by audition class designed to prepare students for performing on stage and on the screen. Students will work on their character, improvisation and performance skills.
Youth Drama 1 & 2
An improvisation based class which looks at all aspects of performing, including character work, accents and using comedy. An ideal class to be combined with LAMDA or GCSE Drama.
LAMDA
Classes where students can take termly examinations in Acting, Improvisation or Verse and Prose. As a Centre we encourage all students to take the LAMDA exams to gain valuable experience in performing and presentation and to harness the skills learnt in other classes.
GCSE Drama
An entry by audition class where the GCSE syllabus is taught over one year culminating in a performance to the visiting examiner in May. |
